The world is now being given incontrovertible evidence by the US Government that Extraterrestrial technologies and entities are present on planet Earth.

The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Records Collection Act was passed by the US Congress on December 15, 2023 and signed by President Biden into law on December 22, 2023.  In one of the most consequential works of legislation in history, the US Government codified into law that all the evidence US government agencies and contracting corporations have obtained since the Second World War concerning “Technologies of Unknown Origin,” “Non Human Technologies” and “Non Human Intelligences” — generally known as UFOs and now referred to officially as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) — must be turned over to the National Archives and disseminated into the public domain. In February 2024, the National Archives began releasing evidentiary documents.

This may be the most consequential development in history — the realization that we are not alone, that Non Human Intelligences exist, that they have been present on our planet for some time and that there has been sustained contact and communication. Congressional testimony in July 2023 confirmed that the US Government has retrieved alien craft and retrieved “Extraterrestrial Biological Entities.” It was this testimony by Major David Grusch and others that triggered the legislation that now confirms in law that the US Government has evidence and is releasing it to the public. As Colonel Karl Nell has put it, there is now “zero doubt” that we are not alone.
