The Convergence of Prophecy and Science in Our Time

A Strategic Initiative of the State of the World Forum

We are living through a period of accelerating ecological disruption, social instability, and civilizational transformation. Across indigenous and spiritual traditions worldwide, prophecy holders have long warned of a time of reckoning.

Today, science is confirming what prophecy has long foretold.

This initiative convenes spiritual elders, indigenous wisdom keepers, and leading scientists to explore what this moment means, and what humanity must remember in order to endure and evolve.

“Now more than ever, it is time to listen to spiritual elders. They carry both warning and guidance along with pathways of hope the world urgently needs to hear.”

– Dr. Jim Garrison, President of The State of The World Forum

A Moment of Global Reckoning

The next five years may be among the most consequential in human history. The speed and intensity of change across climate systems, global society and geopolitics are reshaping life as we know it.

Across many spiritual and indigenous traditions, prophecies describe this era as a time of reckoning, when ecological turbulence and human decision-making will test the durability of human civilization.

Now more than ever, it is time to listen to spiritual elders. They carry both warning and guidance along with pathways of hope the world urgently needs to hear.

Why It Matters

A Crisis of Meaning

As conditions destabilize, many people can no longer make sense of what is happening. When the world becomes difficult to interpret, uncertainty grows and the psychological toll rises.

This moment is driving increasing levels of:

  • anxiety and fear about the future

  • emotional and psychological overwhelm

  • loss of meaning and stability

  • spiritual disorientation

In times such as these, humanity naturally turns toward spiritual wisdom for clarity, orientation and inner grounding.

This initiative exists to help restore that framework of meaning at a global scale.

Science & Prophecy

When Science Confirms Ancient Warnings

What is extraordinary about this moment is that science is corroborating prophecy.

Climate science and ecological research increasingly confirm escalating instability across Earth’s systems, including extreme weather, species collapse and accelerating disruption to global ecosystems.

What was once expressed as spiritual warning is now being quantified as measurable reality.

Never before has scientific evidence aligned so directly with prophetic vision.

Strategic Purpose

This initiative exists to create global awareness that humanity’s situation must be understood not only through secular institutions and modern analysis but through spiritual meaning grounded in scientific reality.

At a time when the modern world has forgotten its connection to Nature and Spirit, indigenous wisdom offers a vital remembrance. Through this convening, we aim to help the world remember what indigenous peoples have never forgotten:

Humanity is one with Nature and Spirit.
In this remembering lies our redemption.
